Can a non jew carry a baby for a jew on Shabbat where there is n't an eruv?

A non -Jew may not do work intentionally for a the benefit of a Jew.
In a place where there is no Eruv, it is necessary to leave the baby in one place for all of Shabbos.
May the keeping of the Shabbos properly be a merit for you and your whole family.
