Dear Rabi i am a single mom and i have a 21 year old son autistic son.MY day to day like is vey difficult ..My son go worst in the past 2 years and he is not eating what shell i do? thank you for a quick response.ALiza

To the Questioner,
It is very difficult to hear of this terrible situation.
Sometimes when a situation gets worse it is nessesary to involve additional help...It is also very important for the benefit of your son, that you stay healthy and balanced in order to be able to help him.
It is therefore advisible that you check into oganizations in your neighborhood that may be able to house your son even for a short time and to help get back to a better place. If this is not a possibility, then you should probably try to seek someone who has professional experience with autistic adults and then speak to him just to get some tips of how to handle the situation in the best possible way.
