carrying on Shabbat without eruv

CHANNUKA Sameach. We are going to visit my elderley mom with a baby she does nit have an eruv and the beit kneset is far. Can a non jew bring her with her stroler if we pay her or has a favor for her since we should not derive a benefit from it?T

A non -Jew may not do work intentionally for a the benefit of a Jew- whether they recieve payment or not/
In a place where there is no Eruv, it is necessary to leave the baby in one place for all of Shabbos, and therefore your wife may even have to stay home and not go to the beit knesset.
As far as visiting your Mother, she would have to see the baby either before Shabbos or after Shabbos.
May the keeping of the Shabbos properly be a merit for you and your whole family.
