To the Questioner, 

Try to think of something you are better at than everyone else. 

G-d Gives equally to everyone; if you are missing height, then certainly G-d has given you other gifts which make you even better than the tall people. 

Concentrate on your gifts (for example art, music, motor skills, etc.) and don't worry about your height. You will see that when you only concentrate on your gifted talents and don't think about it, that others will also only see your talents.
